Occupational Safety and Health Engineering Department at SamSACU. was established in 2020. Prepares bachelor students in the following areas:

In 2023, the doctor Nazira Sultanova of SamSACU’s “Health Advisory Center” and her team conducted seminar-trainings on the topic “We are supporters of a healthy lifestyle”.
In order to establish practical co-operation on SamSACU training and production practice at the enterprises of special economic zones, the heads of Samarkand State Architecture and Construction University named after Mirzo Ulugbek made a practical visit to the production enterprises and held an agreement.
A “Health Advisory Center” has been established at SamDAQU, where a highly qualified doctor, Sultanova Nazira Tursunovna, provides her services. The primary mission of the SamDAQU Health Advisory Center is to care for the health of the university’s professors, staff, and students and to offer them free services.
The center collaborates directly with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Samarkand Regional Multidisciplinary Polyclinic, and family polyclinics in Samarkand city.
SamSACU provides workshops and trainings to support students’ mental health. SamSACU’s goal is to make students and young people think more about the consequences of each job in their personal life than about the result of their studies, to show students and young people the unique innate individual talents and abilities of each person and to manifest them in Explaining their interests with examples from real life, as well as giving necessary psychological recommendations to people to realise their personal abilities, develop them and turn them into talents.
SamSACU has a smoke-free policy. Practical anti-smoking propaganda is conducted on the university campus. The spiritual department of SamSACU organises seminars and trainings under the slogan ‘we are against smoking’.
Samarkand State University of Architecture and Construction (SamDAQU) features a 27×12 m indoor sports hall and an 18×9 m weightlifting hall. Various sports events are held in these facilities throughout the year. University staff, students, and local residents can use these sports facilities free of charge on a regular basis.
