One of the main goals of SamSACU is to ensure that disabled people participate in programs and projects implemented worldwide on the basis of equal rights with other non-disabled people, that the interests and rights of disabled people are taken into account, and that laws and procedures that protect the dignity of disabled people are introduced in all countries, is to build a society that is open and friendly to all. Today’s events dedicated to the “International Day of Disabled Persons” by the Women’s Advisory Council of the University are also aimed at providing social assistance, material and moral support to disabled people, and creating opportunities for them to take their place in society. the works being carried out, the care shown by our Honorable President to the disabled, is a bright example of the active participation of the general public in these meritorious works

Persons with disabilities are exempted from the fee charged for participation in the tests.
In addition to the total number of applicants to higher education institutions, a two-percent state grant-based quota has been set aside for persons with disabilities.
Persons with disabilities (groups I and II) who scored not less than 30% of the highest possible score in the entrance exams will receive an additional two percent, strictly following the sequence of scores. is recommended to students within the state grant quotas.
For the 2020/21 academic year, 2799 additional state grants were allocated for persons with disabilities in the entrance exams.
Starting from the 2019/20 academic year, the procedure for allocating up to one percent of admission quotas based on state grants for orphans who are graduates of orphanages and children’s towns from the total number of applicants to HEIs has been introduced.
