The concept of Gender does not represent only women’s interests. Perhaps the bold disposition of representatives of both sexes towards their dreams and goals guarantees them the same opportunity to improve the quality of life legally. Consequently, this is one of the important requirements of any developed democratic society — the provision of equality of women’s and men’s rights.
The issue of further strengthening the position of women in society in achieving gender equality in our country is in the constant focus of the state and society. After all, this important factor is the main foundation for strengthening the family, raising the younger generation at a high intellectual level, ensuring the stability of society.

Opportunities offered to women in SamSACU
Samarkand State University of architecture and construction encourages all women, especially women, to enter the specialty that they must strive for, regardless of the areas of business management, management, powerless property outsourcing, architecture, design (landscape and interior), preservation and restoration of cultural heritage objects, construction and engineering, which are considered unique and unique areas offered in our team of Economics and management.
SamSACU is regarded as a leading university offering these areas, which explains how women are paying special attention to graduate departments that do not have a high proportion of students. Currently, 10 commercial banks are assisting in the provision of educational loans for female undergraduate students studying on a fee-contract basis. In addition, it deserves recognition that the graduate fee is absolutely free.

Each parent educates their child in higher education institutions with high expectations. Feeling such a burden of responsibility, the professors and teachers of the University mobilize all their energy towards the education of students and young people as mature specialists who can make a worthy contribution to the development of our motherland. On May 5, 2022, a meeting with parents was held at the Faculty of Construction. The meeting was attended by parents, professors, coaches, students and their parents, who have been working at the University for many years and whose children studied at the same institution and have a worthy place in society today. The event presented a thank you to the parents of a group of students who were well mastered classes by the faculty women’s advisory council, studied for excellent grades, were following an example to their peers with good behavior, were active in spiritual and educational activities and competitions.
The procedure for reimbursement of contract payments of low-income and disabled student women studying at a higher educational institution is established
From the first days of independence in our country, special importance has been attached to the issue of further strengthening the social protection of the population, especially creating a wide range of opportunities and conditions in life for people with disabilities who need social protection.
The program and projects carried out at the university consist of building a society that is open and friendly to all, ensuring that people with disabilities participate on an equal footing with other non-disabled people, the interests, rights of people with disabilities are taken into account, and the introduction of laws and procedures protecting the dignity of people with disabilities in all countries.
Despite the work on achieving gender equality in Uzbekistan, there are a number of obstacles related to gender stereotypes and patriarchal relationships that are firmly rooted in society
These informal barriers create an ongoing imbalance between women and men in matters such as education, property, wages, career choices, and opportunities to achieve various positions, and the like.
Gender stereotypes refer to broad perceptions of qualities or traits, as well as societal assumptions about the roller that men and women must possess or perform.
