The total number of SamSACU students in 2023 is 7244, SamSACU provided financial support to 81 underprivileged students in 2023.
Note. The number of international students in 2023 was 4 and they did not need financial support.
One of the main objectives of this day is to promote the participation of people with disabilities on the basis of equal rights with other non-disabled people in programmes and projects around the world, to take into account the interests and rights of people with disabilities and to introduce laws and procedures that protect the dignity of people with disabilities in all countries to build a society that is open and friendly to all.
Since the first days of independence, our country has attached special importance to the issue of strengthening the social protection of the population, especially the issue of creating broad opportunities and conditions in life for persons with disabilities in need of social protection.
SamSACU has established an ongoing relationship with the local community. SamSACU helps children in need in the most difficult places. Provides practical assistance in solving unresolved problems at the local level that are of vital importance to the population.
At present, the problems of the neighbourhood youth in our country are given serious attention. For this reason, in order to realise the interests and wishes of the young people of SamSACU neighbourhood, relevant neighbourhood youths are attached to all heads of organisations and their interviews and meetings with their parents are conducted these days with the aim of providing them with practical help and social assistance with the help of relevant organisations , youths.
The interests of young people living in the neighbourhood and measures to provide practical assistance in solving their problems were discussed Together with the neighbourhood leaders.
SamDAQU is currently conducting moral and educational work among students to explain the opportunities and reforms currently being created in Uzbekistan for students to implement poverty reduction programmes and policies at the local, regional, national or global level in low-income, economically underpriviliged families or families with disabilities and families with chronic sick members, single people, widows and low-income families with dependents, families with five or more dependents, and families with five or more children.
About 100 low-income youth in need of social protection were met and their problems were positively addressed at SamDAQU in 2023
